Did I mention that I crochet a lot of hats?

BB8 Beanie

In a previous post (http://wp.me/p3cpDI-17) I had mentioned the BB8 beanies I made for my nephews and here is another one! Still have to make a slightly larger one for the BIL.

I crocheted this from a free pattern I found on Ravelry – http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/bb-8-bb8-droid-beanie

I believe I’ll be making these for awhile – may even puzzle out a graph for a tapestry version. Maybe, if I get the time!

I made these little beauties for a friend who lives in Canada, as presents for some young ones. He says the kids loved them! Nothing makes me happier than creating something unusual and having the recipient appreciate it!

Even quicker than making a beanie is making a newborn one! And they turn out so adorable! Shown here with newborn high tops, how cute are they?

I crocheted these as a gift to a work colleague for his newborn son.

Both of these I also found on Ravelry –
